This house of a family of four was built 2016/17 right at the foot of their wineyards and spans three stories. The owners went with Oak floorboards in our »Natur« grade types because of their natural, lively feel. A total of 400 square meters in random lengths were laid.
We are especially happy about the fact, that the origin of the Oak tree and the final destination of the floorboards are only 20 meters linear distance apart. - That's what we call building with local resources!

Details like the integrated brush mat round out the stunning appeal of the floorboards.
»The upwards leading lines of the stairs in combination with the long boards in the hall create a strong dynamic, which leads from the entrance area into the living spaces.«
The floorboards with the »Natur« grade type create a lively and natural impression in the rooms.
Vom ursprünglichen Standort des Baumes bis zum späteren Verlegeort der Dielen sind es nicht einmal 20 Kilometer Luftlinie!
